Silky avocado mousse, pickled English cucumbers, citrus kissed yuzu vinaigrette, crispy fried wonton petals


Second Course

Walt Sonoma Coast Chardonnay 2022

Garlic-Roasted Colossal Shrimp

Lemon-thyme risotto infused with aged Parmigiano-Reggiano, finished with a white wine butter glaze


Third Course

Walt Sonoma County "La Brisa" Pinot Noir 2022

Crispy-Skinned Liberty Duck Breast

Dried dark cherry and port wine reduction, sautéed wild foraged mushrooms, rosemary-roasted fingerling potatoes


Fourth Course

Hall Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

Oak-Grilled Prime Ribeye Steak

Truffle-infused Parmesan whipped potatoes, roasted heirloom baby carrots with thyme, rich red wine jus


Fifth Course

Baca Dry Creek Valley "Home Base" Zinfandel 2021

Spiced Valrhona Dark Chocolate Mousse

Blackberry coulis, candied orange zest, hazelnut brittle, and seasonal berries
